| 摘 要： | 心房颤动(房颤)是最常见心律失常之一,已经有研究证实血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平与房颤的发生、发展有密切的关系,BNP的检测已经在充血性心力衰竭、急性冠状动脉综合征等的诊断、治疗及预后判断等方面得到了广泛的应用,该文综述了BNP与房颤发生的关系,重点阐明充血性心力衰竭、房颤转复后复发、起搏器植入术后等不同情况心脏疾病时房颤和血浆BNP的变化情况。 |

| Abstract: | Atrial Fibrilliation（AF） is one of the most common reason of arrhythmia.Some studies have illustrated there is close relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） level and the occurrence and progression of atrial fibrillation.BNP test has been widely used in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of congestive heart failure and acute coronary syndromes.This article reviews the relationship between BNP Level and AF occurrence,which mainly includes the alteration of plasma BNP level and AF under different situations,such ascongestive heart failure,persistent AF cardioversion,after pacemaker implantation,etc. |
