浅析类风湿性关节炎的药物治疗

类风湿性关节炎(RA)是一种慢性难治性全身性自身免疫性疾病。目前RA具体的病因、发病机制尚未完全明确,故临床治疗反应呈现很多个体差异。传统医学根据RA的基本病机,治疗方面历史悠久,有不少独到之法。而西医根据RA的基本病理表现及关节外表现,用药上主张慢作用药及免疫抑制剂的选择性联合应用。近年来,随着传统医学与现代医学联合互补治疗的大量开展,取得了一定的成果。但因机制未明,因此无特异性的治疗方法,药物治疗RA是当前主要手段。该文对RA治疗的研究进展进行综述。

Analysis on the Drug Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Rheumatoid arthntis-（VRA） is a chronic refractory systemic autoimmuine diseases. Currently, specific etiology and pathogenesis of RA is not entirely clear, so the clinical response to treatment show a lot of individual differences. Traditional medicine based on the basic pathogenesis of RA and treatment has a long history, there are a number of unique methods. And western medicine based on the basic pathology of＂ RA and extra-articular manifestations, advocate slow-acting drug medication and selective joint application of＂ immunosuppressant. In recent years, along with the implementation of a large number of joint complementary therapy combining the traditional medicine and modern medicine,certain results have been achieved. Dut to the unclear mechanism, there is no specific treatment, and drug is still the main treatment for RA. Here is to make a review of the research progress of RA therapy.
