心理干预联合药物治疗对围绝经期综合征患者雌激素水平的影响

目的研究心理干预联合药物治疗对围绝经期综合征患者康复及雌激素水平的影响。方法选取2011年5月至2013年5月佛山市顺德区第一人民医院妇科收治的围绝经期综合征患者142例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组各71例,对照组仅使用药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用心理干预。对比两组患者的症状自评量表(SCL-90)和雌激素的变化情况。结果干预后,观察组患者的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对性、恐怖、偏执和阳性项目总分均较干预前下降(P<0.05),且观察组患者下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的雌二醇、FSH、LH水平均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理干预联合药物治疗可以显著改善患者的心理状态和雌激素水平,值得进一步推广。

The Impact of Psychological Intervention Combined with Drug Therapy on Estrogen Levels of the Perimenopausal Syndrome Patients

Objective To investigate the impact of psychological intervention combined with drug therapy on estrogen levels of the perimenopausal syndrome patients. Methods One hundred and forty-two perimenopausal syndrome patients treated in the gynecology department in the Foshan City Shunde District First People＇s Hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were chosen as the research objects. They were divided into the control group（ n = 71 ） and the observation group（ n -= 71 ） by random number table. The control group were only treated by medicine, the observation group were added psychological intervention on the basis of the medicine. The changes of SCL-90 and the estrogen levels of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, somatization, compulsion, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, hostility, fear, paranoia and positive items total score of the observation group were decreased compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0. 05）, and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After the intervention, estradiol, FSH, LH levels of both groups were significantly higher than before treatment （P 〈0. 05 ） ,and the observation group increase was higher than the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with drug therapy can significantly improve the patient＇s psychological state and estrogen level,thus is worthy of further promotion.
