小剂量盐酸右美托咪定在全身麻醉苏醒拔管期的应用研究

麻醉的临床操作中,特别是全身麻醉的拔管期由于患者生理、病理等多方面的原因与插管期相比更容易发生不良事件,因此患者在拔管期保证疗效的基础上确保安全性,是临床麻醉研究的重点。在全麻苏醒拔管期给予小剂量麻醉药物有助于保证拔管操作的安全性,给予患者小剂量盐酸右美托咪定,保证了镇静、镇痛作用的发挥,有效减少了拔管期患者可能出现的烦躁、血压变化等不良反应,缩短了拔管时间,值得临床推广。

Research on Application of Small Doses of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Given under General Anesthesia Extubation

In clinical practice of anesthesia, especially extubation of general anesthesia, due to the physiological,pathological and many other reasons, adverse events may more easily happen compared with the intubation period, therefore ensuring safety on the basis of efficacy during extubation is the key in clinical anesthesia research. Giving small doses of narcotic drug during extubation of general anesthesia is helpful for the safety operation of ext,bation, and the application of small dose of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride not only can ensure the sedation and analgesia effect, but also can reduce the possible irritability, changes in blood pressure and other adverse reactions effectively, with shortened extubation time, thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
