| 摘 要： | 交感神经张力增高在高血压、心力衰竭、恶性心律失常等疾病发生和发展过程中起重要作用。近年来发展的肾脏交感神经去除术(RDN)通过靶向消融肾动脉周围分布的交感神经,降低局部和全身交感神经活性,达到预防和治疗高交感神经活性相关疾病目的。RDN主要应用于顽固性高血压的治疗,目前越来越多探索性研究显示其在治疗慢性心力衰竭、心律失常、动脉硬化及其他心血管相关方面亦有作用。

| Abstract: | Increased sympathetic activity plays an important role in the development and maintenance of hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmia. Renal sympathetic denervation （RDN）, an approach directly targeting the renal sympathetic nerves hy applying endovascular radiofrequency energy in the renal arteries has been developed to treat diseases related to high sympathetic activity. At present, RDN is mainly used in the treatment of refractory hypertension, but more and more exploratory researches showed its effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure,arrhythmia, arteriosclerosis and other cardiovascular related diseases. |
