颅内病变103例颅内压监护的分析

报告自１９９３年４月至１９９５年２月对１０３例颅内疾病采用光纤探头硬脑膜外颅内压（ＩＣＰ）监护的经验，其中经手术治疗的７９例，非手术治疗的２４例，对部分患者监护的同时做了腰穿测压对比和ＣＴ检查。其结果表明，有较高的临床应用价值。文章对监护机理、适应症及其临床意义作了讨论，指出对重症神经外科病人ＩＣＰ监护有重要参考意义。对临床诊治、药物选用、判断预后等都有较高价值。光纤探头硬脑膜外压监护，具有灵敏度高，精确性和稳定性好等优点。

Analysis of ICP monitoring in 103 cases of intracranial lesion

From April 1993 to February 1995,103 patients were monitored with fiber-optics conductor in the epidural space to measure ICP. Among them,79 patients were operated and the other 24 patients were not operated. Some of the patients, lumbar puncture were made for comparing with monitoring, and CT scan were also used. The result showed,the fiber-optics conductor was very practicable in clinical use.In this article, the method of application and its indications were discussed.We suggested,ICP-monitoring was a helpful tool in the intensive care unit and was valuable for dignosis,treatment and prognosis, The fiberoptic conductor had such superiorities as high sensitivity,accurity,and stability.
