| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定礞石滚痰丸中黄芩苷的含量。方法：色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（43：57：0．4），检测波长为315nm，柱温为30℃，流速为1ml·min^-1。结果：黄芩苷的进样量在0．05～1．00μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均回收率为96．9％。结论：本方法结果准确，重复性好，可用于测定礞石滚痰丸中黄芩苷的含量。 |

Determination of Baicalin in Mengshiguntan Pills by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of baicalin in Mengshiguntan pills. Method： Hypersil C18 column （ 250mm × 4.6mm, 5 μm ） was used , the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid （ 43：57：0.4 ） , the detection wavelength was 315nm, the column temperature was 30℃ and the flow rate was 1ml · min^-1. Result： There were good linearity of baiealin within the range of 0.05 - 1.00μg（ r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery was 96.9%. Conclusion： The method is accurate and repeatable, and can be used to determine the content of baicalin in this preparation. |
