HPLC法测定疏风祛湿胶囊中栀子苷的含量

目的建立疏风祛湿胶囊中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法样品采用甲醇回流提取后通过中性氧化铝柱（100～200目,2g,内径1.0cm）,并用甲醇洗脱的方法制备。色谱条件采用Shim-PackODS柱（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）,乙腈-水（13：87）为流动相,检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷浓度在5.33～53.30mg·mL^-1范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999）。回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.64%（n=6）。结论本法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为疏风祛湿胶囊的定量分析方法 。

Determination of Geniposide in Shufengqushi capsules by HPLC

Aim To develop a method for determination of geniposide in Shufengqushi capsules.Methods The sample was refluxing extracted whit methanol,then through the neutral alumina column(100~200mesh,2 g,d=1 cm)and eluted by methanol.The analysis was performed on a Shim-Pack ODS column,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(13:87),the detection wavelength was 238 nm.Results The linearity of the concentration of geniposide and its peak area is fine in the range of 5.33～53.30 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9).Recovery of geniposide was 99.46%,RSD=0.64%.Conclusion This method is simple and repeatable,and it can be used for the quantitative analysis of geniposide in Shufengqushi capsules.
