摘    要:目的 提高新护士共情能力与职业认同感.方法 在对65名新护士进行规范化培训过程中安排书写平行病历,记录患者就医经历与体验、新护士对护理工作的心理感受,进行课堂分享;每人书写1份平行病历体验报告.6个月后评价效果.结果 培训后,新护士共情能力3个维度得分及总分显著高于培训前(均P<0.01);从65份书写平行病历体验报告...

Abstract:Objective To enhance the empathic ability and professional identity of newly graduated nurses. Methods Sixty-five newly graduated nurses were required to record patient experiences and their own feelings of work during standardized training, then they shared what they wrote in class. Each nurse wrote one record and the effect was evaluated after 6 months. Results The total score and three dimension scores of the Jefferson Scale of Physician Empathy-Health Professionals in newly graduated nurses were significantly higher at post intervention (P<0.01 for all). Three themes were identified from 65 documentations, including feeling needed; developing nurse-patient relationship; and stabilizing professional ideology. Conclusion Practice of narratives and storytelling in standardized training of newly graduated nurses is helpful to enhance their empathic ability and professional identity.
