普通型与非特异性间质性肺炎急性加重期临床与CT的相关性分析

目的探讨普通间质性肺炎(UIP)与非特异性间质性肺炎(NSIP)在急性加重期的临床及CT影像学表现。方法选择16例应用纤维支气管镜活检或胸腔镜诊断的UIP病例与16例病理诊断为NSIP的病例在急性期的临床和CT影像学表现做回顾性分析。结果临床表现差异不明显,CT诊断UIP蜂窝肺8例,NSIP蜂窝肺2例,对其中UIP与NSIP在弥漫胶原沉积,纤维母细胞灶,肺泡结构改建,镜下蜂窝肺和大量增生平滑肌的肌硬变1]的检出情况上,存在差异(P<0.01)或(P<0.05)。结论在临床表现上,UIP与NSIP差异性不明显,采用高分辨的CT检查对鉴别诊断有很大帮助,并在肺活检病理检测诊断为共同确诊,便于临床康复治疗。

Clinical and CT Relative Analysis between UIP and Acute Stage of NSIP

Objective To discuss the clinical and CT between UIP and acute stage of NSIP.Methods The clinical materials and CT of 16 cases who were obtained diagnosis as UIP with OLB and 16 cases diagnosed as NSIP were analyzed retrospectively.Results The was no difference in clinic.There were 8 cases as honeycomb in UIP and 2 cases in NSIP with significant difference as harder of smooth muscle and honeycomb P<0.05.Conclusion The high resolution CT might take differential diagnosis between two disease as well as biopsy better for rehab.
