69例老年高血压临床特点分析

目的探讨老年高血压病的类型特点及与常见并发症、合并症的关系。方法将我院住院的69例老年高血压病患者分为高血压、单纯收缩期高血压、单纯舒张期高血压3组,并观察每例患者的并发症、合并症的发病率。结果单纯收缩期高血压患者随年龄增长其发病率随之增加,且有显著性差异(P<0.005);并发症以脑卒中最常见,合并症以高血脂症最常见。结论老年高血压病是导致老年心、脑血管疾病的危险因素,应合理选择降压药控制血压,同时应积极治疗合并症和并发症,以提高患者生存质量。

Clinical Characteristics of Hypertension Analysis of 69 Cases

Objective To investigate the characteristics of elderly hypertension,its common complications and the relationship.Methods 69 cases of elderly hypertensive patients in our hospital were divided into high blood pressure,isolated systolic hypertension,isolated diastolic hypertension three groups.To observe each patient complications and its incidence.Results The incidence of isolated systolic hypertension increases with age,and there is a significant difference(P<0.005);Its most common complications is stroke and the most common associated complications is hyperlipidemia.Conclusion The elderly hypertensive is a risk factors of the causes of heart and cerebrovascular disease.It should be applied a reasonable choice of antihypertensive drugs to control blood pressure,and aggressive treatment of complications and associated complications should be done to improve patient quality of life.
