| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除对产妇术中和术后的影响。方法回顾性分析我院62例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术,与同期62例单纯行剖宫产术的产妇对照。结果在手术时间、术中出血量、手术前后血红蛋白值、术后住院天数、术后并发症发生率的比较中,肌瘤剔除组与单纯剖宫产组比较差异无统计学意义。结论剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术,是安全、可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of maternals on removing uterine fibroids during cesarean section intraoperative and after postoperative.Methods Retrospective analysis of 62 cases of implementing cesarean section and myomectomy at the same time,and do a comparison with the same period in 62 cases of cesarean section only.Results Compare in the peration time,the amount of bleeding during operation,the hemoglobin before and after operation,days in hospital after surgery,the rate of postoperative complications,and the difference is Significant(P<0.05)between two groups.Conclusion It is safe and feasible that to implement cesarean section and myomectomy at the same time. |
