痰热清注射液辅助治疗儿童肺炎疗效观察

目的观察痰热清注射液辅助治疗儿童肺炎的临床疗效。方法将肺炎患儿160例随机分为两组:对照组80例,给予常规抗感染、抗病毒、退热、止咳等治疗;治疗组80例,在常规治疗基础上,加用痰热清注射液0.3～0.5 mL/kg,静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程7～10 d。结果治疗组:治愈73例,好转6例,未愈1例,总有效率98.75%;对照组:治愈57例,好转12例,未愈11例,总有效率86.25%。两组总有效率比较有显著性差异(χ2=3.915,P<0.05)。治疗组热退时间、咳嗽消失时间及啰音消失时间,分别为(1.3±0.9)d、(4.5±2.1)d、(3.3±2.9)d;对照组分别为(2.2±1.3)d、(5.4±1.8)d、(4.7±2.1)d,两组热退时间、咳嗽消失时间及啰音消失时间比较,均有显著差异(t=2.58,2.01,2.52,P<0.01,0.05,0.01)。治疗组X线胸片转阴率(97.2%)与对照组(84.5%)比较有显著性差异(χ2=3.923,P<0.05)。治疗组有3例出现过敏性皮炎、瘙痒、颜面潮红等不适,停药后给予抗过敏治疗,0.5～1 d症状消失。结论痰热清注射液辅助治疗儿童肺炎疗效确切,安全性好。

Curative Observation on Children Pneumonia Treated with Tanreqing Injection

Objective To observe the curative effect on children pneumonia treated with Tanreqing injection.Methods 160 cases of such children were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine method of anbiotics,anti-virus pyretolysis and so on.The treatment group was treaed with tanreqing injection of 0.3-0.5 mL/kg,7-10 d as a course.Results There were 73 cases cured,6 cases good and 1 case bad in treatment group with total effective rate of 98.75%.There were 57 cases cured,12 cases good and 11 cases bad in control group with total effective rate of 86.25%.There was significant difference between two groups.The time of pyretolysis,cough and rales disappeared in treatment group were(1.3±0.9)d、(4.5±2.1)d、(3.3±2.9)d,and in control group were(2.2±1.3)d、(5.4±1.8)d、(4.7±2.1)d with significant difference(t=2.58,2.01,2.52,P<0.01,0.05,0.01).X-ray filmchange to negative(97.2%)in treatment group and(84.5%)in control group(χ2=3.923,P<0.05).Conclusion This drug might treat children pneumonia with good and safe effect.
