| 摘 要： | 目的分析KX-21血细胞分析仪计数血小板异常的干扰因素。方法使用KX-21血细胞分析仪检测50例患者标本,同时进行人工计数和涂片,做瑞士染色检查。结果采血因素、放置时间、小红细胞数量增多、试剂质量等因素,均可影响血细胞分析仪对血小板的计数。结论只有正确操作,排除各种干扰因素,才能使血小板计数结果准确无误。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the confounding factors of KX-21 hematology analyzerin counting plateletsabnormal.Methods 50 specimens of such patients were detected byKX-21 blood cell analyzer,manual count and smear,made Swiss staining.Results The blood collection factors,storage time,the increase in the number of small red blood cells,reagent quality and other factors can effect blood cell analyzer platelet count.Conclusion Only the correct operation,to eliminate interference factors,platelet count results might be accurate. |
