摘    要:目的探讨护理专业学生的自主学习现状及其影响因素。方法以624名护理专业本专科生为研究对象,运用一般资料调查表、自主学习等级评定量表收集资料。结果护理专业学生的自主学习总分为(223.58±29.86)分,总分及各维度得分率均在70%以上;95.83%的学生表示对"自主学习"了解很少,女生自主学习总分高于男生,一年级高于二年级,高职学生高于本科学生(P<0.05,P<0.01)。学习资源、学习动机、小组学习和学习习惯均为自主学习的重要预测指标(均P<0.01),能够解释总体变异度的59%。结论护理专业学生自主学习总体状况较好,但不同性别、年级、学历层次学生间存在一定差异。学校应指导学生明确学习动机,有效利用学习资源,通过养成良好的学习习惯,参与小组学习等方式进行有效的自主学习。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of self-directed learning in nursing students and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods Totally,624 nursing students were evaluated by using a self-designed demographic information form and the Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directed Learning.Results The total score of self-directed learning was 223.58±29.86,with total scores and scores of all dimensions being greater than 70% of the expected scores.However,95.83% of the students knew little about the term of self-directed learning.In comparison of the total score,the score of girls was higher than that of boys;freshmen higher than sophomore and diploma students higher than undergraduate students(P<0.05,P<0.01).The availability of learning resources,learning motivation,team work and learning habits were particularly important predictors of self-directed learning(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Self-directed learning of nursing students is fairly good.However,some differences in self-directed learning are seen in students with different genders,school years and educational levels.In order to improve students′ capability of self-directed learning,nursing educators should help students identify their motives,direct them to harness all available resources efficiently,and cultivate good learning habits and team work spirit.
