50例乳腺癌患者的病理诊断研究分析探讨

目的：探讨乳腺癌的临床特点与病理组织学类型,为临床病理提高正确诊断率.方法：采用回顾分析方法,对在我院救治的患者的年龄、发病的部位、免疫组化和病理组织学的特点进行分析.结果：位于外上象限30例（60.0%）,内上象限8例（16.0%）,乳晕下6例（12.0%）,外下象限4例（8.0%）,内下象限2例（4.0%）;浸润性非特殊型癌35例,非浸润性癌9例,浸润性特殊型癌6例;ER、PR和c-erbB-2在乳腺癌的表达率分别53.4%、50.1%和58.9%.结论：熟悉不同病理类型乳腺癌的病理和功能,可以提高诊断正确率,有助于临床治疗.

In 50 Cases of Breast Cancer Patients with Pathological Diagnosis Research Analysis

Objective ：To explore the clinical features and histopathology of breast cancer for clinical pathology type, improve the correct diagnosis rate. Methods：The retrospective analysis method, in my hospital for treatment of patients with age, the site of disease, immunohistochemical and histopathological characteristics analysis. Results：In the upper outer quadrant in 30 cases （60%）, the inner upper quadrant in 8 cases （16%）, under the areola in 6 cases （12%）, lower outer quadrant in 4 cases （8%）, lower quadrant in 2 cases （4%） ; non special type invasive carcinoma 35 cases, non invasive carcinoma9 cases, infiltration special type of carcinoma in 6 cases ; ER, PR and c - erbB - 2 in breast cancer expression rates were53.4% ,50. 1% and58. 9%.
