| 摘 要： | 目的探讨森林脑炎伴血小板减少与发热伴血小板减少综合征的相关性。方法从流行病学、临床表现、检验指标等方面,探讨森林脑炎伴血小板减少与发热伴血小板减少综合征的异同点。结果发热伴血小板减少为主要共同点,本组8例患者无多脏器功能损害。结论两者均为自然疫源性疾病及病毒感染性疾病,有相同的传播途径,存在一定的相关性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of forest encephalitis associated with thrombocytopenia and fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome. Methods To explore similarities and differences of two syndromes: epidemiology,clinical manifestations,laboratory indicators. Results Fever with thrombocytopenia was the main thing in common.8 patients were not multiple organ dysfunction. Conclusion The two are natural focal disease and viral infection,the same route of transmission.there is a certain degree of correlation. |
