慈溪市观海卫镇农民脂肪肝患病现状及相关因素分析

目的了解慈溪市观海卫镇农民脂肪肝患病现状及相关因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法对7 089名农民健康体检的资料进行分析,了解脂肪肝患病情况,将脂肪肝患者一般情况作为相关变量赋值后进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果观海卫镇农民的脂肪肝患病率为5.6%,性别、体质指数、体育锻炼、糖尿病、高血压病、饮酒等因素与脂肪肝相关。结论观海卫镇农民脂肪肝患病率女性高于男性,患病率受多种因素影响。

Present situation and related factors analysis on fatty liver for peasants in Guanhaiwei Town Cixi City

Objective To study the present situation and related factors on fatty liver for peasants in Guanhaiwei Town Cixi City. Method Analyze the health examination data of 7 089 peasants by multistage stratified sampling and study the present situation of fatty liver. Take general status of patients with fatty liver as relevant variables and make multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Result Rate of fatty liver for peasants in Guanhaiwei Town is 5.6~, which is related to gender, body mass index, physical exercise, diabetes, hypertension and alcohol drinking. Conclusion Fatty liver prevalence of female is higher than that of male among peasants in Guanhaiwei Town. The prevalence of fatty liver is influenced by many {actors.
