| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨良性前列腺增生 (BPH)合并糖尿病病人的围手术期护理方法 ,减少手术并发症 ,提高手术安全性。 方法 :回顾我院 1 2 6例BPH合并糖尿病病人围手术期的护理及治疗。 结果 :1 2 2例病人获得满意的护理疗效 ,其残余尿量及尿流率得到明显改善 ,无护理并发症。 结论 :BPH合并糖尿病病人围手术期的护理是手术成功的基础、术后疗效满意的后盾

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the perioperative nursing the benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: The nursing and treatment of 126 BPH patients with diabetes mellitus were investigated. Results: Satisfactory nursing effect was seen in 122 of the patients, and postoperative improvement was significantly associated with post void residual urine volume and urine flow in the 122 patients. Conclusions: Perioperative nursing lays an important base for successful operation and ensures curative effect of BPH patients with diabetes mellitus. |
