摘 要: | 高等医学院校的附属医院、教学医院接受本科教学评估的过程,就是对该院临床医学教育管理规范化的检验过程。评估工作对医院的教育管理制度的制定与实施、师资队伍的建设、教学水平以及教学改革、特色教学等项工作都是一次极大的推动;教学管理、教学质量等都进一步得到了规范和提高。通过对高等院校临床医学教学的评估工作,更加坚定了我院对医学教育工作的规范化管理理念。培养高素质、德才兼备的医学专业技术人才,必须与高等医学院校密切配合,与时俱进,将医院建成学习型机构,才能够获得可持续性的发展。

The assessment of undergraduate teaching and the management standardization of clinical medical education in affiliated or teaching hospitals |

Abstract: | The affiliated or teaching hospitals of medical schools participate in the assessment including teaching content and teaching method for the undergraduates of university. The assessment is a checking procedure for standardized management of clinical teaching. The assessment greatly promotes teaching management system and its implementation, faculty development, teaching level, teaching reform and teaching features. The conception of standardized management of teaching in our hospital is confirmed through the assessment. We realize that hospital should keep abreast of the times and cooperate with medical school and should be built into a studying hospital, in order to train the medical professionals with high quality and ability, and to obtain a persistent development. |
