芫花条中香豆素类成分研究

目的:对芫花条的化学成分进行研究.方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对芜花乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部分进行化学成分研究,并利用UV,IR,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS等光谱技术鉴定其化学结构.结果:从芫花条中分离得到了6个香豆素类化合物,经鉴定为伞形花内酯(1)、双白瑞香素(2)、瑞香素(3)、edgeworthin(4)、结香素(5)、伞形花内酯7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6).结论:化合物3～6为首次从芫花条中分得的香豆素类化合物.

Coumarins from the branches of Daphne genkwa

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the branches of Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc.Methods:Column chromatography on Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,and recrystallization were used for the isolation and purification of the constituents.
