心理干预对康复期抑郁症患者的影响

目的探讨心理干预对康复期抑郁症患者的影响。方法以汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）和、NOSIE为量化指标，将60例患者分为研究组和对照组各30例，研究组除一般治疗外，另进行心理干预，2个月后与对照组做对比分析。结果经t检验研究组与对照组相比较，HAMD总分及6个因子减分值和NOSIE总估计分及6个因子减分值均有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预可明显改善康复期抑郁症患者的情绪和认知能力，从而提高疗效。

The Effect of Psychological Intervention on Depression Patients in Rehabilitation Period

Objective To discuss the effect of psychological intervention on depression patients in rehabilitation period.Methods HAMD and NOSIE were adopted to 60 depression patients,who were randomly divided into the study and control group.The study group of 30 patients was given normal treatment and psychological intervention,while the control group only given normal treatment.The effects was compared after two mouths of treatment.Results Study group comparing with the control group,there are significant differences between the total scores in the HAMD and the reduced scores of six factors and the total estimated points in the NOSIE and the reduced scores of six factors(P<0.05)of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion Psychological intervention can apparently improve the depressed emotion and cognitive ability of the depression patients in rehabilitation period,thereby curative effect is raised.
