| 摘 要： | 目的探讨彩超在诊断小儿肠旋转不良中的价值。方法将该院收治并手术证实的21例肠旋转不良患儿的超声资料进行回顾性分析，并与其它影像学检查相对比。结果17例术前彩超观察到SMV和SMA的位置关系异常：5例SMV位于SMA前方，12例SMV位于SMA左侧，17例二维超声均显示有中低回声光团，呈“螺旋征”或“靶环征”，彩色多普勒显示为红蓝相间的环绕血流，频谱多普勒可测得动脉、静脉频谱，明确诊断本病；4例超声检查阴性者有2例于术后随访观察发现1例位置关系正常，1例SMV位于SMA左侧，另外2例失访。结论超声检查安全可靠、简便易行、快捷准确、无放射性、且不需要特殊造影剂，为筛查本病的一种好方法。 |
