| 摘 要： | 解剖观测了30例成人桡神经和肌皮神经。结果表明，桡神经肱三头肌支各分支数为8～10支，多数可分离长度为48．2－121．1mm，横径为0．5－0．9mm。据此解剖学研究，我们提出了一种以桡神经肱三头肌支移位修复肌皮神经损伤的新的手术方式的设计。

| Abstract: | The radial nerve and the musculocutaneous nerve were dissected and observed on 30adul tupper limb specimens. There are roughly 8~10 nerve branches to the brachial triceps muscle. Which are respectively 0. 5~0. 9mm in diameter; 48. 2~ 121. mm in separalbe length,Based on the anatomical studies,a new operation method was designed for repairing injury of musculocutaneous nerve by transferring the brachial triceps branches of radial nerve. |
