未治疗的双相障碍患者共病代谢综合征的临床分析

目的:探讨未治疗的双相障碍(BD)患者共病代谢综合征(MS)的情况及相关因素分析。方法:收集125例未治疗的BD患者(BD组)的一般人口学资料及临床资料,检测其代谢指标,包括体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、空腹血糖(FPG),并与201名健康体检者(对照组)比较,分析BD患者发生MS的危险因素。结果:BD组年龄明显低于对照组,校正年龄和性别后,BD组SBP及FPG异常率及MS发生率明显高于对照组(P均<0.01)。男性患者SBP、TG明显高于女性,HDL水平明显低于女性(P均<0.01);TG异常率及代谢指标异常≥2项的比率明显高于女性(P均<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,BD患者发生MS的危险因素是BMI、性别和年龄。结论:BD患者共病MS的风险较健康人更高,其中男性、年龄和BMI是MS的危险因素。

Clinical analysis of metabolic syndrome in drug-naive inpatients with bipolar disorder

Objective:To investigate the situation of metabolic syndrome(MS)and related factors in drug-naive patients with bipolar diorder(BD).Method:The general demographic data and clinical data of 125 drug-naive patients with BD(BD group)were collected,and metabolic parameters including body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),fasting blood glucose(FPG)were examined.The risk factors for developing MS in the BD patients were analyzed and compared with 201 healthy individuals(control group).Results:The mean age of the BD group was lower than that of the control group,and after adjusting for age and gender confounders,the BD group had significantly higher rates of abnormal SBP,FPG and MS(all P<0.01).Higher levels of SBP and TG and lower levels of HDL were observed in male patients compared to the female(all P<0.01).The abnormal rate of TG and the rate of abnormal metabolic indexes≥2 were significantly higher in the male patients(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,gender and age were risk factors with BD patients for MS.Conclusion:BD patients have a higher risk of comorbidity of MS than healthy people.Male,age and BMI are risk factors for MS.
