医院感染横断面调查分析

目的 监测医院感染率和探讨护理行为降低医院感染发生。方法 采用床旁调查和在架病历调查相结合的方法。在同一天全院各个病区填写统一的调查表，统计当天处于医院感染状态的患者数目。结果 共调查695人，查出医院感染51人，现患率7.33%，感染部位依次为呼吸道，泌尿道，表浅切口。结论 通过加强病房管理，促进病人咳嗽排痰，做好有关器具的消毒，认真洗手等护理手段可以预防呼吸道感染；做好导尿的无菌管理，选用尿液的其他引流方法及对尿液培养以助诊断是预防泌尿道感染的有效措施。

Transect inquisition on nosocomial infection

Objective To investigate the rate of noscomial infection and probe into corresponding nursing measures. Methods A bed-side interview and the review of case history were conducted. A self-designed questionnaire was filled out at all departments of the hospital at the same daytime to find out the noscomially-infected number of cases. Results 51 of 695 patients filling out the questionnaire were found to have noscomial infection, reaching 7. 33%. The reported infected locations were respiratory tract and urinary tract and fleet of incision. Conclusion In order to prevent infection of respiratory tract, it is necessary to strengthen the ward management, educate patients to cough out sputum, disinfect instruments and clean hands. On the other hand, such effective methods as asepsis at urinary catheterization, choosing other methods for urinary drainage as well as culturing urine for diagnosis can all prevent infections at urinary tract.
