盐酸氨溴索在胸外科围术期老年患者中的应用

目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索在胸外科围手术期老年患者中的应用及对肺部保护的作用.方法 选择科室120例胸外科围手术期患者,按数学随机方法分为普通组和治疗组,各60例,治疗组在普通组常规治疗基础上使用盐酸氨溴索治疗,对比肺部并发症、血气指标及住院时间.结果 治疗组治疗后PaO2为（93.01＆#177;11.88）mmHg,PaCO2为（35.12＆#177;4.58） mmHg,改善明显优于普通组;治疗组发生7例并发症（11.67％）,低于普通组,差异有统计学意义（x2=9.334,P=0.024）;治疗组住院时间为（11.94＆#177;5.29）d,短于普通组,差异有统计学意义（t=8.482,P=0.029）.结论 胸外科围手术期老年患者应用盐酸氨溴索可以降低肺部并发症发生率,改善肺部功能并缩短住院时间.

Hydrochloric acid ammonium bromide cable in thoracic surgery per operative application of elderly patients

Objective To investigate clinical effects of amoroso hydrochloride in thoracic surgery and for lung protection way of surgery in elderly patients applications. Methods Choose 120 patients with thoracic surgery per operative department according to the mathematical method of random divided into normal group and treatment group, 60 cases of treatment group in the general routine therapy using hydrochloric acid based on ammonia bromine treatment,pulmonary complications,blood gas index,and the length of time were compared. Results After treatment, PaO2 was （93.01±11.88） mmHg,PaCO2 was （35.12±4.58） mmHg, improved more significantly than the normal group;Treatment group had seven cases of complications （11.67%）, was lower than the normal group, the difference was statistically significanct （X2=9.334,P=0.024）; Treatment group hospitalization time was （11.94±5.29） d,shorter than the normal group,the difference was statistically significant contrast （t=8.482,P=0.029）. Conclusion Preoperative thoracic surgery in elderly patients with amoroso hydrochloride can reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications, improve lung function and reduce hospitalization time.
