| 摘 要： | 目的 了解长江中下游三城市肠道病毒71型（EV71）基因型的分布状况.方法 利用逆转录半巢式PCR的方法检测三所城市143份临床诊断为手足口病患儿的血清和咽拭子标本.结果 143份标本中检测到阳性EV71 RNA33份（23％）;经过测序证实33份标本均为EV71 C4型.结论 三所城市的手足口病主要由C型EV71病毒引起.不同城市间EV71病毒存在一定的变异. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the EV71 genotypes in 3 cities of the middle and lower reaches of Changjiang River. Methods EVT1 RNA was detected in 143 samples from the hospitals with reverse translation polymerase chain reaction. Results There were 33 （23%） positive products. After the 33 positive products were sequenced, the results showed that they were all C4 genotype EVT1. Conclusion It seems that the HFMDs are mainly infected by the C4 genotype EV71 in these areas. This study indicates that the current C4 genotype EVT1 varied significantly in different cities. |
