| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨血管球瘤的诊断及治疗。方法: 对10例血管球瘤患者施行血管球瘤切除手术。结果: 10例术后症状均消失,经病理检查证实临床诊断。平均随访38个月,无复发病例。结论: 血管球瘤具有典型的临床表现,诊断并不困难,手术切除肿瘤是治疗该病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of glomus tumor.Methods:Ten patients with glomus tumor were all treated with operation.Results:After tumor excision,all 10 patients had total pain relief.The diagnosis of glomus tumor was confirmed by pathology in all the patients.Postoperative follow-up averaged 38 months and there were no recurrence.Conclusions:Due to the specific clinical presentation of glomus tumor,it is not difficult to be diagnosed.The operation appears to be the most effective way to treat the disease. |
