| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨后盆切除术治疗女性直肠癌的疗效.方法 对女性直肠癌46例行后盆切除术的临床资料及复发生存资料进行分析.结果 全组手术死亡1例,根治性切除率(Ro)为97.83%,手术并发症发生率19.57%.1、3、5年生存率分别为97.83%、86.96%和65.22%,复发率6.52%.结论 后盆切除术是治疗女性直肠癌的有效方法,可降低复发率,提高生存率. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of posterior pelvic exenteration on female rectal cancer. Methods Clinical data of 47 cases with female rectal cancer receiving posterior pelvic exenteration were analyzed retrospectively. Results No perioperative death occurred. The Ro resection rate was 97.83%. The overall 1-,3-and 5-year survival rates were 97.83% , 86.96% and 65.22% ,and the postoperative complication rate was 19.57%. Overall local recurrence rate was 6.52%. Conclusions The posterior pelvic exenteration is the optimal treatment for female rectal cancer. Better survival rate and lower postoperative recurrence rate can be achieved. |
