老年人急性心肌梗死急诊冠状动脉的介入治疗

目的评价老年人急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急诊经皮腔内冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的安全性和有效性.方法对比分析36例老年与22例非老年人AMI急诊PCI治疗的情况,分析其临床特点、手术成功率和手术疗效.结果老年组36支梗塞相关血管,置入支架40枚,围手术期死亡1例,手术成功率为97.2%,非老年组22支梗死相关血管,置入支架25枚,无围手术期死亡,手术成功率100%.两组支架特点及出院时左室射血分数差异无显著性.且两组均无严重的出血并发症.结论老年人AMI行急诊PCI是安全有效的治疗方法.

Emergency percutaneous coronary intervention for senile patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To evaluate the security and validity of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) in senial patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods 36 senile patients with AMI having underwent emergency PCI were compared with 22 non-senile patients with AMI. Clinical features, procedual success rate and clinical efficacy of PCI were subjects to analysis. Results 40 stents were implanted in 36 infarction related arteries (IRA) in senile group, and 1 patient died during hospitalizations. The procedural success rate was 97.2%. 25 stents were implanted in 22 IRA in non-senile group, and none died during hospitalization. The success rate was 100%. There was no significant difference in characteristic of stents and LVEF between the senile group and the non-senile group and no severe bleeding complication happened in two groups. Conclusion Emergercy PCI is an effective and safe therapeutic maneuver for the senile patients with AMI.
