| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨电视腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的护理方法。方法 时电视腹腔镜手术与剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的心理护理、术前指导和术后常规护理、术后离床活动、肠道功能恢复时间、住院天数和伤口疼痛等方面作了统计处理和时比分析。结果 电视腹腔镜手术较剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠优点显著，护理工作效率和护理质量高。结论 随着腹腔镜在临床的广泛应用和推广，电视腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠具有创伤小、恢复快、疼痛轻等优点，提高了护理工作效率，保证了护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the nursing methods of treating tubal pregnancy by operation un-der laparocope and celiotomy. Methods All tubal pregnancy patieuts received operation under laparocope and celiotomy were given mental nursing,guidance before operation and normai nursing after operetion. Then,we comparied the time moving away bed.the intestinal tract function recovery time,hospitalization days and incisional pain. Results Comparing with celiotomy, operation under laparoscope had many ad-vantages in treating tubal pregnancy. Nursing efficiency and quality were higher. Conclusions Operation under laparoscope had such advantages. Little wound, recovering quickly and light pain. It also raised nursing efficiency and quality. |
