外源性神经生长因子治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

摘    要:
目的 观察恩经复治疗急性脑梗死的疗效.方法 将215例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组基础用药相同.其中治疗组115例,除基础用药外,加外源性鼠神经生长因子(恩经复)每日1次肌注,每次9000 IU.10天为一疗程,共用两个疗程;对照组100例,仅用基础用药.使用美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中评分(NIHSS)评价神经功能恢复情况.结果 (1)治疗30天后,恩经复治疗组的NIHSS评分较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗组有效率(80.87%)高于对照组(67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)两组均未发生明显不良反应.结论 恩经复治疗急性脑梗死安全有效.

Clinical observations about treating patients of cerebral infarction with exogenous nerve growth factor

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of exogenous nerve growth factor in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 215 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups in this study;The same two groups of treatment except the treatment group were given additional exogenous nerve growth factor. The National Instiutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and therapeutic outcomes in the two groups were addessed before treatment and 30 days after initiating treatment. Results ( 1 ) The NIHSS in the two groups were inproved after treatment, but those in the treatment group was incereased more dramatically, showing significant difference form those in control groups (P 〈0.05 ). Curative effect of treatmentgroup was better than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), the difference being significant. (2) No drug adverse reaction were found in two groups. Conclusion Exogenous nerve growth factor is efficatious for acute cerebral infarction in improving the neurological deficits, which is safe in clinical use.
