Basal Cell Carcinoma of the Vulva with Groin Node Metastasis

There have been five previous well-documented cases of rectastatic vulvar basal cell cancer in the literature. We now present the sixth case—an 86-year-old patient with vulvar basal cell cancer metastatic to an ipsilateral groin node. She was treated with radical vulvectomy and bilateral inguinofemoral lymphadenectomy and remains free of disease 1 year later.
