URC测试对消化道恶性肿瘤根治术后复发监测的临意义

目的:探讨癌症尿液筛查监测试剂(URC)测试对消化道恶性肿瘤术后复发监测诊断的临床意义。方法:对100例消化道恶性肿瘤根治术后病人每月一次URC测试,与实际复发情况,进行阳性符合率、阴性符合率、灵敏度、假阳性率统计分析。结果:两家医院2年内100例患者共测480次,阳性146次(30.4%),阴性334例次(69.6%),其中真阳性124次(25.8%),真阴性310次(64.6%),阳性符合率84.9%,阴性符合率92.8%。,灵敏度83.8%,假阳性率(误诊率)6.6%。结论:URC测试对消化道恶性肿瘤根治术后复发监测有临床实用意义,能对复发早诊断提供线索,灵敏度高、误诊率低,无创简便易行,值得临床进一步研究推广。

The clinical research on URC test for the relapse after the digestive tract cancer radical operation

Objective:To explore the URC test for monitoring the relapses after digestive tract cancer radiacal operation . Methods: Total of 100 Digestive tract cancer patients with radical operation were tested with URC once monthly, to analyse positive coincidence rate negative coincidence rate sensitivity and mistake diagnostic rate. Results: There were 480 times totally to 100 pateints tested by URC in two years , the positive case is 146 times(30.4%), the negative case is 334 times(69.6%), true positive 124 times(25.8%), true negative 310 times(64.6%), the positive coincidence rate was 84.9%, the negative coincidence rate 92.8%, sensitivity was 83.8%, false positive rate( misdiagnosis rate) 6.6%. Conclusion: URC test after radical operation can early provide the clues to relapse of digestive tract cancer,its sensitivity is high, the misdiagnosis rate is low, no wound, simple and easy handling.
