脑卒中患者焦虑情绪及影响因素的调查分析

目的探讨脑卒中患者焦虑情绪及影响因素，为心理干预提供依据。方法对112例住院脑卒中患者应用焦虑自评量表及影响因素自设问卷进行调查。结果患者焦虑评分明显高于国内常模（P〈0．01），焦虑发生率为25．00％，患者的焦虑程度与性别、担心疾病可能出现并发症、住院费用、对今后学习工作的影响相关（P〈0．05）。结论应重视住院脑卒中患者焦虑情绪，加强宣教与沟通，减轻患者心理负担，根据患者的具体情况给予相应的心理干预，以减轻或消除患者的焦虑情绪对疾病恢复的不利影响。

Study on stroke patients'' anxiety and its influencing factors
