| 摘 要： | 【目的】进一步探讨治疗哮喘的临床有效方剂射麻止喘液 (射干、麻黄、椒目等 )的作用机理。【方法】建立大鼠哮喘模型 ,设立大鼠正常组、模型组、西药组、中药组 ,用放射免疫法对各组肺组织的环磷酸腺苷 (cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷 (cGMP)含量的变化进行比较研究。【结果】治疗后西药组和中药组的cAMP、cAMP cGMP均较模型组提高 ,cGMP降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但中药组与西药组间的cAMP cGMP无显著性差异。【结论】提示射麻止喘液可能通过调节cAMP cGMP的失衡 ,从而抑制炎症细胞浸润 ,取得平喘的良效。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the mechanism of Shema Zhichuan Liquid (SZL) for asthma. Methods Forty rats were allocated to normal control group (Group A), model group (Group B),western medicine group (Group C) and SZL group (Group D). Radioimmunoassay was used to observe the levels of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and the ratio of cAMP/cGMP.Results After treatment, cAMP level and cAMP/cGMP ratio were increased and cGMP level decereased in Group C and Group D as compared with Group B (P< 0.05). The difference of cAMP/cGMP ratio between Group C and Group D was not significant.Conclusion SZL can relieve asthma by correct the imbalance of cAMP/cGMP ratio and inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells. |
