妊娠高血压疾病患者治疗前后血浆炎症因子的变化

目的观察妊娠高血压疾病（PIH）患者治疗前后血浆炎症因子水平的变化。方法对50例PIH患者（观察组）治疗前后的高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）、白介素-10（IL-10）水平进行测定，另选择30例正常妊娠孕妇作为对照组。结果观察组的血浆IL-10水平明显低于对照组，hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。治疗1周后，观察组的血浆IL_10水平均较治疗前明显上升，hs-CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论PIH患者体内存在血浆炎症因子平衡失调。通过调节血浆炎症因子的水平，可为PIH防治提供一种新的方法。

The changes of plasma inflammatory cytokines in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome before and after treatment

To observe the changes of plasma inflammatory cytokines in patients with PIH （pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome） before and after treatment. Methods A total of 50 cases of PIH patients （observation group） were tested for plasma hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 levels before and after treatment, and another 30 cases with normal pregnancy admitted to hospital were selected as control group. Results The plasma IL-10 level of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly higher （all P 〈 0.01）. One week after treatment, plasma IL-10 level increased significantly compared with those before treatment in observation group, hs-CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 levels were significantly lower than those before treatment （all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion There is disturbance in plasma cytokines in PIH patients. It provides a new approach for the prevention and treatment of patients with PIH through correcting the plasma inflammatory cytokines imbalance.
