| 摘 要： | 目的研究四君子汤加味联合常规西医综合疗法治疗慢性胃炎疗效。方法将符合筛选标准的130名慢性胃炎患者随机分为两组,均采用西医综合治疗,治疗组加用四君子汤加味,并根据患者症状加减药物,8周为1个疗程,疗程结束后,评价两组患者疗效。结果治疗组患者总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.01)结论四君子汤加味联合常规西医综合疗法治疗慢性胃炎效果优于单用西医治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To research the clinical effect of sijunzitang combined with western medicine therapy in treating chronic gastritis. Methods Randomly divided the 130 cases who met our selection criteria into 2 groups. All took western medicine therapy. Add sijunzitang into the treatment group＇s therapy, and changed the drug according with symptom.8 weeks as one period of a treatment. Evaluate the clinical effect of 2 groups. Results Total effective rate in the treatment group（95.00%）was higher than the control group（70.00%）（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Sijunzitang combined with western medicine therapy in treating chronic gastritis is better than the western medicine therapy. |
