| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩色多普勒显象诊断先天性甲状腺功能低下类型并为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法对初筛的139例TSH阳性患儿的临床资料及超声特征进行了回顾性分析。结果139例TSH阳性患儿均在颈部探查到甲状腺回声，其中确诊的21例甲状腺功能低下（CH）患儿中2例部分缺如，9例轻度增大，12例大小正常，21例彩色多普勒均显示丰富血流信号。结论高频彩色多普勒对先天性甲状腺功能低下诊断分型有重要临床参考价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the clinical value of color Doppler flow imaging(HFCD) in diagnosis of congenital hypothyroidism,and to provide scientific evidences for clinical treatment.Method Clinical data and morphologic characteristics of CDFI of 139 infants with high TSH were retrospectively analyzed.Results Twenty-one infants were diagnosed CH,2 were discovered with thyroid defect,9 showed mildly enlargement and 12 with normal sized thyroid.The Doppler echoes of these 21 infants all showed plentiful blood stream signals.Conclusions Color Doppler flow imaging is a useful diagnostic procedure in congenital hypothyroidism. |
