| 摘 要： | 目的介绍经皮气管切开术在神经外科的应用经验。方法对32例神经外科病人采用导丝扩张钳法进行经皮气管切开术。结果32例均顺利完成手术，手术时间平均7min，未发生严重并发症及与手术操作有关的死亡。结论经皮气管切开术简单、快速、损伤小，可在神经外科广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce our experience of application of percutaneous tracheotomy on neurosurgical patients.Methods Patients percutaneous tracheotomy by the guide wire dilating forceps(GWDF) technique was performed on 32 neurosurgical and the data was analyzed retrospectively.Results The procedure was successful in all patients.the wean duration of the procedure was 7 min.No life threatening complications or death were related to the procedure.Conclusion Percutaneous tracheotomy by the GWDF technique is a simple,minimally invasive and rapidly performed method for neurosurgical patients. |
