| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼合并白内障的方法及疗效。方法：对12例13眼青光眼合并白内障患者行超声乳化人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术。结果：全部病例术后视力及眼压均较术前改善，视力＞0．3者7眼，占53．85％；眼压正常者11眼，占84．62％。结论：超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入联合小梁切除术完全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the method and effects of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy for treatment of glucoma with cataract. Methoels: 12 cases and 13 eyes were treated with phacoemulsifi-cation and intraocular lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy. Results: The visual acuity was in 0. 3 or better(53. 85%). The intraocular pressure of 11 eyes was in 10-21mmHg(84.62% ). Conclusion: The phacoemulsification and intraocu-lar lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy for treatment of glucoma with cataract is safe and effective. |
