玉溪市结核病控制项目实施效果评价

目的分析玉溪市5年来结核病控制项目工作执行的成效。方法对玉溪市2002～2006年结核病控制项目的执行情况进行总结分析。结果全市全面实施结核病控制项目后，传染源发现和治愈率逐年提高，共接诊可疑肺结核病症状者22674例。发现活动性肺结核病人3903例，涂阳肺结核新登记率由2002年3．43／10万上升到2006年25．20／10万，初治涂阳病人治愈率由80．0％上升到93．1％，复治涂阳病人治愈率由60．0％上升到90．4％。结论玉溪市全面实施结核病控制项目效果显著，实现了高发现率和高治愈率的规划目标，项目实行的各项技术政策是成功的，促进了玉溪市结核控制工作的可持续发展。

Evaluation of the results of tuberculosis control project implemented in Yuxi City

Objective To evaluate the achievements mode in tuberchlosis control project for a period of 5 years in Yuxi City. Methods The results of pulmonary tuberculosis control project implemented fi：om 2002 to 2006 were evaluated t. Results The discovery rate and cure rate of sources of infections were enhanced year by year. In total, 22 647 TB suspected cases were diagnosed and 3 903 active TB cases were detected. The rates of sputum positive registration rates were increased from 3.43/ 100 000 in 2002 to 25.20% in 2006, and the cure rates of initial sputum positive cases were increased from 80.00% in 2002 to 93.10% in 2006 and that of retreated sputum positive cases were increased from 60.00% to 90.40% . Conclusion Satisfactorg results have been achieved in tuberculosis control in Yuxi City after implementation of conprehensive control measurese.
