| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨影响冠心病介入术后患者预后的因素。方法:选择诊断为冠心病且行PCI治疗的患者250例,都采用介入手术治疗,随访1～3年。结果:所有患者都介入治疗成功,随访死亡患者4例,死亡率为1.6%;发生并发症16例,发生率为6.4%。结论:影响冠心病介入术后患者预后因素主要为高血脂、高血糖、高血压与吸烟,为此在预防应尽可能全面评估各种危险因素,加强管理。 |

Prognosis Impact Analysis of Patients After Coronary Interventional Surgery |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prognosis impact factors of patients after coronary interventional surgery.Methods 250 cases who were diagnosis of coronary heart diseases and taken with PCI treatment,were chosen.they were given interventional surgery treatment and followed-up for 3 years.Results The interventional treatments of all patients were successful,and 4 cases follow-up were dead,the death rate was 1.6%;and 16 cases had complications,the incidence rate was 6.4%.Conclusion The prognosis impact factors of patients after coronary interventional surgery were hyperlipemia,hyperglycemia,hyperglycemia and smoking,so various dangerous factors should be comprehensive evaluated in prevention,and should be intensive management. |
