| 摘 要： | 目的通过对p16蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达水平的研究来探讨其与肿病发生的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测53例膀胱移行细胞癌p16蛋白的表达。结果53例膀胱移行细胞癌中,p16蛋白表达阳性率41.5%;在膀胱移行细胞癌Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级中分别为70%、35.3%、25%,p16蛋白表达阳性率随病理分级增高而降低,Ⅰ级与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在不同的临床分期Tis-T1、T2-T4期p16表达阳性率分别为55.5%、26.9%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抑癌基因产物p16蛋白在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的阳性率与肿瘤病理分级及临床分期有密切的关系。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of p16 protein in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the p16 protein in 53 cases with transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder.(Results)Positive rates of p16 in the 53 cases was 41%.The positive expression rate of p16 descended with increasing grade,stage(P< 0.05).(Conclusion) The lost of p16 protein has close correlation with pathological grades and clinical stages. |
