| 摘 要： | 应激干预对维护和促进人类身心健康的有重要意义,重大事件和战争等应激干预研究已成为国家和军队重要课题。急性应激干预根据措施性质和干预对象的差异性分为一般干预方法和特殊干预模式,一般干预方法包括认知干预、社会支持和药物干预,特殊干预模式包括关键事件应激报告(criticalincidentstressdebriefing,CISD)模式、消融干预(defusingintervention)模式和灾难后心理卫生工作策略(disastermentalhealthworkstrategies)模式,其中灾难后心理卫生工作策略是由美国国立创伤后应激障碍(posttraumaticstressdisorder,PTSD)研究中心提出的,在9.11事件发生后具有较高的参考和借鉴价值。 |

| Abstract: | The studies on stress intervention a re great importance to maintain and p ro-mote human being' s physical and psychological health.The stress inter-ventions of critical incidence and c ombat have become national or milita ry research project.According to the d ifferent characters and intervention methods,acute stress intervention can be divided into general interven tion methods and special intervention me thods.The former included cognitiv e intervention,social sustain and me dication intervention.The latter i nclude Critical Incidence Stress Debriefing,Defusing Intervention and Disaster Mental Healthy Work Strategies.The DMHWS model proposed by America National Center for PTSD Education h as a great value in reference after"9.11"event.Subject words :stress disorders,post-traumatic;crisis intervention;psychotherapy |
