个性化护理在改善高血压脑出血患者术后锻炼遵从性及效能感中的效果

目的观察个性化护理在改善高血压脑出血患者术后锻炼遵从性及效能感中的效果。方法选取2011年10月-2013年12月于浙江省义乌市中心医院进行手术治疗的80例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,根据分配的方式将其分为对照组（常规术后护理组）40例和观察组（个性化护理组）40例,然后将两组患者干预前和干预后4周及8周时的锻炼遵从性、治疗效能感及对护理各个方面的满意度进行比较。结果对照组和观察组患者干预前的锻炼遵从性、治疗效能感及对护理各个方面的满意度比较差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）,观察组干预后4周及8周时的锻炼遵从性及治疗效能感均好于对照组,患者对护理指导及态度的总满意率也均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论个性化护理在改善高血压脑出血患者术后锻炼遵从性及效能感中的效果较好,患者对本护理模式的认可程度也更高。

Effect of personalized nursing for the postoperative exercise compliance and efficacy of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective To observe and study the effect of personalized nursing for the postoperative exercise compliance and efficacy of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated with operation in the Central Hospital of Yiwu City from October 2011 to December 2013 were selected as study object, they were divided into control group（conventional postoperative nursing group, 40 cases） and observation group（personalized nursing group, 40 cases） according to the method of random allocation, then the exercise compliance, treatment efficacy and satisfaction degree for various nursing of two groups before the intervention and at fourth, eighth week after the intervention were compared. Results The exercise compliance, treatment efficacy and satisfaction degree for various nursing of two groups before the intervention had no significant differences（all P〉0.05）,the exercise compliance and treatment efficacy of observation group at fourth and eighth week after the intervention were all better than those of control group, and the total satisfaction rates of patients for the nursing instruction and nursing attitude were higher than those of control group, there were all significant differences（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of personalized nursing for the postoperative exercise compliance and efficacy of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is better, and the recognition degree of patients for the nursing mode is higher.
