| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨VEGF-C对膀胱癌T24细胞增殖及抑制丝裂霉素(MMC)诱导T24细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用MTT及流式细胞术(FCM)等方法观察不同浓度(0、50、100、200μg/L)VEGF-C对T24细胞生长及MMC诱导的T24细胞凋亡的影响。所有实验重复3次。结果:随着预处理VEGF-C浓度的增加,T24细胞的增长率由27.3%上升到65.0%;MMC诱导的T24细胞凋亡率由29.5%下降至14.0%。结论:VEGF-C促进膀胱癌T24细胞的增殖和抑制MMC诱导的细胞凋亡;抑制VEGF-C作用通路可能防治膀胱癌复发。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of Vascular endothelial growth factor C(VEGF-C) on proliferation and apoptosis of T24 cell line.Methods:MTT and FCM were used to assess the effect of VEGF-C on the proliferation and apoptosis of T24 cell line.Results:VEGF-C promoted T24 cells survival and proliferation and protected them from the apoptotic effects of MMC.Conclusions:Our data suggested that VEGF-C may promote the survival of bladder carcinoma cells and protect them from chemotherapy-induced apoptosis.These results identify VEGF-C as a novel therapeutic target for the treatment of bladder cancer. |
