| 摘 要： | 专科医师制度的建立是我国进入WTO后卫生体制与世界接轨的举措,也是人民群众日益增 长的卫生服务需求。我国的住院医师规范化培训制度的实施已为专科医师制度的建立打下了良好的基础。 总结我院规范化培训的经验和成绩作为借鉴,以顺应卫生体制的改革。 |
