| 腰围与血压、血糖、血脂的相关性研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰围与血压、血糖、血脂的相关性。方法选取2009-12—2010-10来我院体检的11888名成年人的体检资料进行统计学分析。结果男性SBP、DBP、Glu、TG、HDL-C均与腰围呈显著相关（〈0.01）,TC、LDL-C与腰围有相关性（〈0.05）;而女性则所有指标均与腰围呈显著相关（〈0.01）。结论腰围的测定对慢性非传染性生活方式疾病的风险性评估有一定意义,同时可作为对健康管理过程中效果评价的重要指标,值得推广。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the correlation of waistline and blood pressure,blood sugar,blood lipid.Methods Selects 11 888 example adult＇s physical examination material which comes our hospital attended healthy physical examination from Decemeber 2009 to October 2010 to carry on the analysis.Results Male SBP,DBP,Glu,TG,HDL-C are correlated with waistline significantly（P 0.01）,TC,LDL-C and waistline has correlation（P 0.05）.While women all indexes has significant correlation with waistline（P 0.01）.Conclusion Waistlines determination for chronic non-communicable diseases of the risk assessment lifestyle has certain significance,and can be used as to health management process to assess the effect of important index,is worthy to be popularized. |
